MetaGrid Pro integrates with Mac applications, Apple Shortcuts, Keyboard Maestro, MIDI software, and every major DAW on both Mac and Windows.

Open MetaServer → Integrations to install and manage every integration from a single page. Each integration card walks you through detection, installation, and configuration; the per-DAW sub-pages below cover the in-app setup that follows.

System & Automation

  • Menu Commands (Mac) — Trigger any Mac application menu command directly from a button, no keyboard shortcut needed.

DAW Integrations

  • Logic Pro — Direct AppleScript-based control over 1,900+ Logic Pro commands. No MIDI setup needed.
  • Cubase / Nuendo — Steinberg's MIDI Remote API plus optional Generic Remote macros. MetaServer auto-installs the scripts and PLE/LE presets.
  • Ableton Live — Custom Python control surface. MetaServer auto-installs the script into Live's User Library.
  • Studio Pro — Custom User Device for Fender Studio Pro (the rebranded successor to Studio One). MetaServer auto-installs into the User Devices folder.
  • Studio One (Legacy) — Same User Device for existing PreSonus Studio One installs.
  • Digital Performer — Custom .dpkeybind file. MetaServer downloads the file; you import it from DP's Commands window.
  • REAPER — 382-slot macro keymap. MetaServer downloads the keymap; you import it from REAPER's Action List.
  • Dorico — Reads Dorico's key commands JSON directly. Point MetaServer at the file inside the Dorico app bundle.

  • PlugTools — Speakerfood's Logic Pro extension for Babylonwaves Art Conductor articulation maps. MetaServer relays articulation state to MetaGrid Pro's Logic Articulation Remote grid object.
