Crash Reporting
beginnerReport crashes via Apple's built-in sharing or by sending diagnostic data directly to MetaGrid.
Crash reports help the development team identify and fix issues. There are 2 ways to submit crash data.
Option 1: Enable Automatic Sharing
Step 1: Open iPad Privacy Settings
On your iPad, go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements.
Step 2: Enable Sharing
Turn on Share with App Developers. Crash reports will be sent to the development team automatically.
Option 2: Send a Support Package from MetaGrid Pro
Step 1: Enable Detailed Logging
On your iPad, go to Settings > Apps > MetaGrid Pro. Enable Logging and set the Main Level to Trace.
Step 2: Reproduce the Issue
Open MetaGrid Pro and reproduce the crash or connection problem.
Step 3: Open Support Settings
Return to MetaGrid Pro and go to Settings. Scroll down to the Support section.
Step 4: Share the Support Package
Return to Settings in MetaGrid Pro and tap Share Support Package in the Support section.
