License

MetaGrid Pro is licensed, not sold, to you. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal or professional use.

Usage Rules

By using MetaGrid Pro, you commit to:

1. Complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Not reverse-engineering, decompiling, or tampering with the app.
3. Avoiding illegal or unauthorized purposes.

Subscriptions and Payments

MetaGrid Pro offers both free and paid subscription features. Subscribers agree to:

1. Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
2. Billing: Payments are charged to your Apple ID upon purchase confirmation.
3. Cancellation: Manage subscriptions through your Apple ID settings.

Apple handles refunds per their policy.

Data and Privacy

Your use of MetaGrid Pro is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

MetaSystem Solutions shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to data loss. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use of the app.

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in MetaGrid Pro, including software, trademarks, and branding, belong to MetaSystem Solutions.

Termination

Access may be terminated immediately upon violation of these Terms, at which point all granted rights cease.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of MetaGrid Pro after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Polish courts.
